What the role is
- An independent contractor engagement, worked on U.S. Eastern time.
- Forms, evidence packets, RFE and NOID responses, and court filings.
- Drafting declarations and motions that go out over this firm’s name.
- Owning your own filing deadlines rather than waiting to be reminded of them.
What we are looking for
- Immigration filings you have prepared personally — not supervised, not proofread.
- High proficiency in English. What this seat writes reaches clients and courts.
- Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese on top of it is worth real weight.
- A reliable connection, steady power, and a workspace you can concentrate in.
- The judgment to bring a legal question to the attorney instead of answering it.
